Key Responsibilities

What you’ll do
Marketing Collateral & Email Marketing
  • Support internal content creation and campaign validation processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Assist with email campaign execution in HubSpot, including building and updating email templates and workflows
  • Coordinate translations with external agencies and follow up to ensure timely delivery
  • Help maintain marketing data quality and support operational processes
  • Ensure deadlines are met and all campaign details are accurate

Your profile

Who you are
  • Currently studying Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Structured, proactive, and deadline-driven
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable working with digital tools (experience with Google Analytics, and HubSpot is a plus)
  • Available to work 2–3 days per week (no internship)
