Authorize and approve quotations and take commercial decisions regarding customer complaints.
Leadership & People Development
Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to achieve high performance and continuous growth.
Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable objectives for individual team members.
Coach, mentor, and co-travel with the sales team to strengthen selling skills, negotiation capabilities, and customer engagement.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus within the team.
Evaluate and manage the performance of sales staff, providing constructive feedback and career development opportunities.
Ensure sales team members have the necessary resources, tools, and training to perform effectively.
Product & Market Knowledge
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s product portfolio, applications, and competitive landscape.
Ensure the sales team has up-to-date product knowledge to effectively position solutions with customers.
Act as a product ambassador, translating technical and market knowledge into customer value.
Reporting & results management
Prepare clear, structured, and timely reports on sales performance, revenue, margin, pipeline development, and customer activity.
Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual performance analyses, including variances versus budget, forecasts, and market trends.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition, retention, product mix, and territory growth.
Present insights and recommendations to management based on data-driven analysis to support decision-making.
Ensure transparency and accountability by regularly sharing team performance updates with both the sales team and senior management.
Use reporting as a tool to identify best practices, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cross-country alignment
Cross-functional Collaboration
