QC Operator

Major scope of the position

Responsible for execution of quality control inspection of devices and disposables within TSC Life scope in accordance with internal test procedures and frequencies. The devices and disposables that must be tested are produced in-house (Almelo site) as well as external at TSC Life co-manufacturers. The type of inspections are divers and can be divided in the area of physical, mechanical and electronic.

Main Responsibilities

Execute the quality control testing of applicable devices and disposables within the scope of TSC-PTM in accordance with internal testing procedures and test plan.
Release the goods in the relevant ERP systems and inform applicable stakeholders.
Prepare own day-to-day working planning in close consultation with QC Supervisor.
Inform key stakeholders in case of non-conformities and take the required actions as per internal procedures.
Support in training and instructing the operators with regard to In Process Checks (IPC’s).
Act as a quality ambassador within TSC Life, i.e. pro-actively drive the quality culture within the organization

Education, Experience, Skills needed

Relevant technical education (MBO/e.g. MTS)
Minimum of 2 years working experience in Quality or technical function in Pharma, Food, or Medical devices industry
Analytical and structured
Both pragmatic/flexible and resilient
Knowledge of ISO 13485 and Medical Device Regulations is a preference
Good knowledge of Dutch and English both orally and written
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
